Congressional Digest Corp. and Aspen Law & Business sign deal.

Congressional Digest Corp. and Aspen Law & Business have agreed to collaborate on the publishing of Allen's Trademark Digest, a monthly publication on trademark decisions issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Under the agreement, Congressional Digest Corp. will continue to supply the editorial content, while Aspen will take over production and marketing.

Congressional Digest Corp. president Griff Thomas said, "This is the best of both worlds. We get to focus on what we're best at, delivering superior editorial product, and Allen's Trademark Digest benefits from Aspen's marketing expertise."

Congressional Digest Corp. has published Congressional Digest since 1921 and Allen's Trademark Digest since 1987.
