It's not every day that Congress delves into the sex life of a private citizen, but that's exactly what's happening to Seth Watkins, an out AIDS prevention educator and counselor for the San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  Department of Public Health.

The 24-year-old Watkins, who is HIV-positive, acknowledged in The New York New York, state, United States

His employer rallied to his defense, and Watkins insists that his personal choices don't affect his outreach work. He also says that those who prodded the inquiry pose more of a danger to gays than anyone who sometimes has unsafe sex: "They're bringing conservative Republicans into the bedrooms of gay men. That's going to ultimately cause a lot more harm."
