Congress Threatens Stock Options and Opens the Door for Legal Action Against Technology Companies.

Recent legislation introduced in the US Congress to change stock options accounting will hurt technology companies and their employees.

Additional legislation in Congress will change securities law that will increase the chances companies will be sued.
