 companies' growth, and to provide these companies with the recognition they deserve for their accomplishments, Customer Inter@ction Solutions[R] developed "The Fastest-Growing Teleservices Companies--The Annual Survey and Ranking of Rising Stars." This ranking looks at the companies' growth in long-distance telephone usage, as this provides a verifiable measure of the companies' amount of telesales/teleservices.

The editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions[R] compared the verified ver·i·fy  
tr.v. ver·i·fied, ver·i·fy·ing, ver·i·fies
1. To prove the truth of by presentation of evidence or testimony; substantiate.

2.
 amount of long-distance minutes used by each company over a two-year period: November 1, 2001 to October 31, 2002 and November 1, 2002 to October 31, 2003, determining the annual growth rate of billable minutes from 2002 to 2003. The companies that exhibited the highest growth rate were ranked, in order, as this year's Rising Stars.
