Alan S. CPE - Customer Premises Equipment , FACPE FACPE Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives , is vice president, chief medical officer at Edward Hospital & Health Services in Naperville, Ill., a Chicago suburban health system with $420 million in annual net revenues. Kaplan has increased his management responsibilities for the past 11 years and currently has overall responsibility for multiple clinical services, information system services, telecommunications, materials management, dietary and biomedical engineering. He was recently promoted to lead administrator in the development of a new market with a 60-acre medical campus. He also has held numerous other leadership positions including senior vice president of Health Intelligence and chief medical officer for CorSolutions, vice president of business development for Ingenix medical director with United Healthcare of North Carolina and medical director for Aegis Family Health Centers.
