Confusion over FMLA?
Confusion over the Family and Medical Leave Act has resulted in
leave being granted improperly in 40 percent of 520 organizations
surveyed. Reasons for taking FMLA, according to the survey:
Medical 59%
Family 38%
Employee's Episodic Condition 38%
