Confluence Networks Continues to Strengthen Team With Two Additions to Board of Directors.

MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2002

Confluence Networks, a developer of next-generation network-based storage management platforms, today announced the addition of two new members to its board of directors.

John Hamm, a venture partner at Redpoint Ventures, and Joanna Rees Gallanter, founder and managing partner of Venture Strategy Partners (VSP VSP - Very Simple Prolog+. ), bring a new level of operating and marketing expertise to the Confluence board. Since earlier this year, Hamm has been applying his extensive executive and operational experience in the storage networking industry as board member and interim chief executive officer at Confluence. Gallanter, who joined the board following Confluence's recently closed, VSP-led second round of venture funding, is a seasoned marketing veteran who will assist the company as it prepares to launch its initial product later in the year.
