 plan of reorganization was set for Aug. 2, 1995.

Should the Court confirm the plan of reorganization on that date, TWA expects to complete its restructuring and emerge from Chapter 11 no later than Aug. 31, 1995. TWA announced earlier today that it had filed the plan under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in bankruptcy court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted.
