ConfirmNet Expands Sales and Marketing Teams; Company Hires Lauren Brimmer and Promotes Mary Perruccio, Michelle Gerevas.

ConfirmNet(TM) Corp., a leading e-service business-to-business application service provider (ASP) for the $2.8 trillion global insurance industry, announced today the hiring and promotion of three members of the sales and marketing teams.

Lauren Brimmer is the new director of product development, Mary Perruccio is the director of national sales and Michelle Gerevas is the director of marketing communications.

As director of product development, Lauren Brimmer develops new product requirements and product launch processes. She is also involved in business planning and strategic development for partnerships and alliances. Brimmer has more than 12 years of Fortune 1000 experience with leading technology companies including Microsoft, Iomega, Honeywell, and Apple Computer. Her experience includes both domestic and international business experience focusing on product management, new product development, alliance management and strategic procurement. She received her master's degree in business administration from Arizona State in 1988.

Mary Perruccio, as director of national sales, manages both the inside and outside sales teams. Perruccio has more than 14 years of experience with the Hartford Financial Services Inc. While with the Hartford, Perruccio served as the customer service supervisor responsible for 18 customer relations associates and managed various departments of the call center including scheduling, planning/staff allocation, quality assurance and budget administration. She also pioneered the start-up of the sales department in the San Diego field office in 1995, where she was responsible for recruiting, training and managing the team. As the sales supervisor she received the 1999 president's club award for the highest sales results in the San Diego office. Perruccio received her bachelor's degree in business management in 1998 from the University of Phoenix.

Michelle Gerevas started at ConfirmNet as marketing manager and has been promoted to director of marketing communications. In her new position, she will manage the off-line and online marketing, public relations and advertising efforts. Before joining ConfirmNet, Gerevas served as regional marketing and sales manager at VAST Wireless Solutions, where she managed sales and marketing efforts to launch new wireless software products. Prior to that, Gerevas served as the advanced products manager for PageNet Corporate, during which time she was responsible for 13 advanced products specialists throughout the western region. She received her master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Pepperdine University in 1994.
