Ruport to president and chief operating officer. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in the computer software and services industries, Mr. Ruport will plan and direct all aspects of Configuresoft's operational activities. Mr. Ruport's primary near term focus will be to accelerate the company's growth and improve the company's business execution. Alexander Goldstein will continue as CEO and focus on corporate strategy and developing partner relationships.

Recently, Mr. Ruport was executive vice president of operations of Stellent, Inc., a global provider of enterprise content management solutions. Prior to Stellent, he was president, CEO and chairman of Optika, Inc., a leading provider of imaging and business process management solutions. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Ruport was president and chief operating officer, and subsequently CEO, of Interleaf, Inc., a public software and services company.

Before Interleaf, Mr. Ruport was senior vice president of Informix Software; vice president of North American operations for Cullinet Software and vice president of the federal region of Applied Data Research. Prior to joining Applied Data Research, Mr. Ruport held various sales and sales management positions with Computer Sciences Corp. Mr. Ruport holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
