) training for medical professionals--some of which, like those of the AIDS Education and Training Centers AIDS, caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), has become a global health issue, and various ways are being explored in order to combat the spread of the disease. One such way to somewhat limit the spread of AIDS is through education.  (AETCs), we highly recommend. Because there are too many such meetings for this list, we included only a few. The same presentations may also be available at different dates and locations.]

(This is the big international conference conducted every two years--the next one after the 2004 conference in Bangkok, Thailand, which drew over 15,000 people.
