While at Premiere Conferencing, Velten was responsible for developing Premiere's indirect channel sales organization. Prior to his Strategic Business Development responsibilities, he was Vice President of Marketing. Velten has also held various senior management positions with MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices. It provides commands and functions to open, play and close the device.
