MyAccount Dashboard is designed to provide ConferencePlus clients with a fast and productive hands-on tool for managing their ConferenceAnytime(TM) and ConferencePasscode(TM) services with a standard web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. Clients directly access their MyAccount Dashboard by logging into their account through the ConferencePlus website. From the dashboard the host can schedule a future conference, edit or cancel a previously planned conference and manage their account profile. Clients can view their conference call services history for the past 90 days, including the total time and charges for each past conference.

MyAccount Dashboard also offers point-and-click access to ViewPlus(TM), a web-based tool designed to simplify the way that clients use their ConferenceAnytime service. ViewPlus offers conference level controls that are easy to understand and use. ViewPlus provides real-time status to the conference host indicating whether the conference is locked or unlocked and gives the conference host the ability to mute/unmute or disconnect disconnect - SCSI reconnect  participants, name participant lines, dial out to other individuals, request operator assistance, and more - all by using simple point-and-click controls, thus eliminating the need to remember touch tone commands.

A key feature of both MyAccount Dashboard and ViewPlus is the ability to launch a web conference directly with a singe click of the mouse. Both tools are fully integrated with Microsoft(R) Office Live Meeting, WebEx Meeting Center and WebDialogs, providing both conference hosts and participants with easy, direct access to any web conference.

MyAccount Dashboard and ViewPlus are offered to ConferencePlus clients without any additional charge and represent another ConferencePlus investment in new technology to improve its conferencing services.
