"It is a pleasure for me to praise here my Algerian counterpart. Indeed, Algeria, as current president of the Conference on Disarmament and together with the other five presidents of the year, has played a crucial role in achieving progress in the works of the Conference," Calmy-Rey pointed out in her address at the Conference, which is due to adopt a working programme on Algeria's initiative.AaAa
