There are three categories of paper that can be used as feedstocks for making recycled paper: mill broke, pre-consumer waste, and post-consumer waste. This keynote session will include presentations from Dr. Jim Burke of SP Newsprint, Atlanta, and Steve Young of Allan Co., Baldwin Park, Calif.
