The Asia Pacific Leadership Institute was attended by members from Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, Australia, Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov. and China, as well as by members of the IABC executive board, including IABC Chair Warren Bickford, Vice Chair Glenda Holmes, President Julie Freeman, and IABC Director-at-large and Regional Director Asia/Pacific Bish n. 1.
