Conference Explores Strategies for Today's Unpredictable Business Environment.

LOS ANGELES -- Success in a millennium marked by dramatic change requires new strategies. Today, a convergence of forces - economic uncertainty, global competition, governmental turmoil, rapidly-developing new technologies, war, and intense security concerns - present unprecedented challenges for organizations. In response, the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP, www.strategyplus.org) announced that it is partnering with Pepperdine University to deliver ASPs fourth annual "Strategy in Action" Conference on November 8th, 2004, at the Renaissance Hotel at the Los Angeles Airport. The conference, "Strategy in a Turbulent World," focuses on how leaders can interpret today's new realities, formulate viable choices, and execute strategies under extreme uncertainty.
