In addition, users can maintain a database of frequent callers so that familiar names are displayed and identified.

NetWaiting features an easy-to-use interface that is configurable through the preferences menu. Users have the ability to specify call options, ignoring all incoming calls, accepting all incoming calls and disconnecting the Internet connection, or screening all incoming calls and prompting the user. The new application is available now in all Conexant-based V.92 modems and drivers and supports Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 95, 98, 2000, Me and XP.
