Lighthipe brings to the company 28 years' experience in the electric utility and electric energy industries. Lighthipe's utility experience includes 20 years in research and development and new product development spanning careers at both Southern California Edison Southern California Edison (or SCE Corp), the largest subsidiary of Edison International (NYSE: EIX), is the primary electricity supply company for much of Southern California. Lighthipe's appointment will spearhead the delivery of the ConectiSys core product, HNet, to the utilities and electrical providers domestically and abroad. HNet is a new technology developed for the utilities and automatic meter reading Automatic meter reading, or AMR, is the technology of automatically collecting data from water meter or energy metering devices (water, gas, electric) and transferring that data to a central database for billing and/or analyzing.  markets. The company's newly developed network's main components are wireless SmartMeters, Base Stations and Archival Operation Centers.

The combined products and services are forming a new modern commercial telecommunications company that will deliver real-time power consumption data four times an hour, 24 hours a day, displayed via the Internet.
