Developers Stuart Boesky and Jamison Weiner topped out their mixed-use residential retail condominium condominium

In modern property law, individual ownership of one dwelling unit within a multidwelling building. Unit owners have undivided ownership interest in the land and those portions of the building shared in common.

Marson Contracting Co., Inc., the Construction Manager for the project, poured the 12th and top floor of the 41,000 s/f before a ceremony that took place February 3.

To highlight this milestone, the developers held an impressive ceremony commencing in front of the building where they unveiled the building's structure by lighting it up like the tree in Rockefeller Center Rockefeller Center, complex of buildings in central Manhattan, New York City, between 48th and 51st streets and Fifth Ave. and the Ave. of the Americas (Sixth Ave.). The project was sponsored by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. .

"We wanted to celebrate this stage in a special way and spared no expense as we have done throughout the entire development of this project," said Jamison Weiner.

At the ceremony Leon D. Marrano III, President of Marson said, "Constructing a building of this size with its many complex and intricate systems at such a busy corner near the entrance to Central Park, is like building the proverbial Swiss watch. It requires extreme dedication of the entire design, construction and ownership team".

The building with a total of nine full-floor homes is located steps from Central Park. Consistent with its historic neighborhood, the design exhibits attention to old-world traditional quality interpreted in a modern format. Construction will be completed this fall.

. As a play on the project's street address "21" East 96th St., the theme for the reception was Black Jack.

Proceeds were donated to the Kellner Family Pediatric pediatric /pe·di·at·ric/ (pe?de-at´rik) pertaining to the health of children.
