    hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride)
 5. Water                                     64.85
 6. Antil 200                                  2.50
    (PEG-200 hydrogenated glyceryl palmate;
    PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate)
 7. Rewopal PEG 6000 DS                        0.50
    (PEG-150 distearate)
 8. Basic red                                  q.s.

PROCEDURE: Dissolve the guar-quat in the
water. Mix the ingredients in the given order.
Before adding the Rewopal PEG 6000 DS, melt
and dissolve it in a part of the water and heat
it up to approximately 60-65[degrees]C.

Phase C

Preservative, dye, fragrance             q.s.

PROCEDURE:
Mix together all ingredients in Phase A. In a
separate container, mix together all ingredients
in Phase B. Add Phase A to Phase B. Mix
for 20-25 minutes until emulsified. Add Phase
C ingredients. Homogenize for 3-5 minutes at
5000rpm.

PROCEDURE:
Combine first two ingredients of Phase A in
main vessel and heat to 75-80[degrees]C. Dust in
remaining ingredient from Phase A. Combine
Phase B ingredients and heat to 75-80[degrees]C. Add
Phase B to Phase A, after all the carbomer has
been hydrated, with mixing. Add Phase C. Cool
to room temperature. Add Phase D. Adjust pH,
if necessary.

PROCEDURE: Mix powders of Phase B with a
blender for powders (in a lab, use a coffee
mill). Mix powders of Phase A with Phase B
with a blender for powders (in a lab use a baby
chef). Prepare Phase C and pour Phase C in
Phase A & B under mechanical stirring and stir
until obtaining a fine powder.

PROCEDURE: Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 21 polymer
on the surface of deionized water and
allow to wet. Begin gentle mixing. Partially
neutralize Carbopol polymer dispersion with
AMP-Ultra PC 2000. Mix until uniform. Add
Phase B ingredients one at a time in order to
the batch with mixing. Adjust pH to 6.8-7.2
with AMP-Ultra PC 2000. Prepare phase C: mix
glycol and water. Add slowly PEG-90M to the
mix with strong agitation and slight heating,
until homogenous. Add phase C to the batch
with mixing. Add dyes. Mix until uniform.

Natural Moisturizing Shampoo

INGREDIENTS:                               % WT.

1. Farmal HFS 2656                          12.0
   (Hydrolyzed corn starch)
2. Ammonium lauryl sulfate (30%)            40.0
3. Lauramidopropyl Betaine (30%)             5.0
4. Isostearamidopropyl morpholine        lactate
   (25%)                                     4.5
5. Water, preservative, dye, fragrance      q.s.

PROCEDURE:

Add first four components to water. Heat to
40[degrees]C and blend until clear. Add fragrance, dye
and preservatives. If needed, adjust pH to 5.0-6.0
with dilute sodium hydroxide.

APPEARANCE:

Product is a viscous clear shampoo. It provides
excellent foam, mild conditioning and moisturizing
properties.

PROCEDURE: Heat Phases A and B at 75[degrees]C.
Add Phase B into A while mixing under low turbine
stirring until 60[degrees]C. Add Phase C until
homogenous. Allow to cool to room temperature
under gentle mixing, add Phase D at 30[degrees]C.
Adjust pH value with citric acid.

PROCEDURE:

Premix Structure XL starch in water, let it stir
until the solution is homogenous. Add the aluminum
chlorohydrate to Phase A, heat the mixture
up to 65[degrees]C. Premix Phase B and heat up to
65[degrees]C. Add Phase B to Phase A and let it stir
while it's cooling to 30[degrees]C. Add Phase C, cool to
room temperature.
