Multiple individuals within an MSO (Multiple System Operator) can now have access rights to tap into critical business information from local, regional or headquarters locations whenever they need it.

Part of the MediaHawk On-Demand Platform, BMSWeb Reports extends Concurrent's comprehensive software suite of business applications that support content management, aggregation and management of subscriber demographics, transaction and usage analysis, and billing and order fulfillment. Network Reports

Network Reports contain stream utilization information throughout the network, including average stream level, peak stream level and peak stream time identification. These reports assist operators in determining how close a system is to its design capacity limits.

Order/Purchase Reports

Order/Purchase Reports contain information about which titles are being purchased in the system: most/least ordered titles, hourly sales, buy rates, etc. These reports provide operators a picture of content popularity throughout the system.

Usage Reports

Usage Reports provide operators vital viewing statistics. With these reports, operators can know the total number of plays and average viewing time, as well as the average number of times and length of time consumers use fast forward, rewind and pause per play. These reports provide the percentage of plays viewed to completion and percentage of plays resumed from a previous session.

Content/Provider Reports

Content/Provider Reports contain information about the content that is loaded on the system. It can tell operators whether content is active on the system and if content loading is in progress, expired or deleted, as well information about the content itself - its ID, availability, expiration dates, file size, etc.
