 (Nasdaq:CCUR CCUR Center for Crops Utilization Research ) is pleased to announce that Paul C. Meyer has joined the company as president of the Real-Time Division. Mr. Meyer will be replacing Daniel Dunleavy as president of the Division, effective today. Mr. Dunleavy, who is retiring from the company, will remain at Concurrent until March 31, 2001, to assist Mr. Meyer with the transition. Mr. Dunleavy will continue to support the Real-Time business in a strategic advisory capacity through the end of calendar year 2001.

Mr. Meyer brings over 20 years of operational management, financial management, and software development experience to Concurrent Computer Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Meyer served in executive roles at various consulting and software firms, including president of ASM (1) (Association for Systems Management) An international membership organization based in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 1947 and disbanded in 1996, it sponsored conferences in all phases of administrative systems and management.  Associates Inc., executive vice president and chief operating officer/chief financial officer of Virgin Interactive Entertainment Inc.; executive vice president and chief financial officer of PlayNet Technologies Inc.; and executive vice president and general manager of Viacom New Media. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Meyer was president of his own consulting business, which specialized in consulting assignments covering turnaround, restructuring, and crisis management. In 1974, Mr. Meyer began his career with Coleco Industries Inc., a Fortune 500 toy company, as corporate budget director. During his tenure at Coleco, Mr. Meyer held a series of senior operational and financial positions, including a stint in Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov.  as managing director of Coleco Far East LTD LTD 1 Laron-type dwarfism 2 Leukotriene D 3 Long-term depression, see there 4. In 1987, he was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Coleco and remained in that position until he left Coleco in 1988 to start his own business.
