Concurrent Announces New Distributor in Australia.

Leading Real-Time Linux Software and Integrated Systems Provider Signs Distribution Agreement with Braetec Pty Ltd to Extend Reach in Asia-Pacific

DULUTH, Ga. -- Concurrent (NASDAQ:CCUR), a leading provider of time-critical Linux[R] operating systems and integrated computer solutions for mission-critical applications, today announced that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Braetec Pty Ltd to further expand its business in Australia. Under the terms of the agreement, Braetec will distribute Concurrent's iHawk[TM] multiprocessor systems and ImaGen[TM] visual servers powered by Concurrent RedHawk[TM] real-time Linux[R] in Australia.

The agreement marks an important extension to Concurrent's existing customer relationships in Australia, and will help Concurrent grow its footprint within the Australian aerospace and defense and commercial real-time computing markets.

Concurrent's iHawk and ImaGen servers utilize its RedHawk[TM] real-time Linux operating system for hard real-time computing requirements and NightStar[TM] advanced Linux debugging, analysis and tuning software tools.
