Concur Technologies (Nasdaq:CNQR), the leading provider of corporate expense management solutions, and Clockware, a leading provider of time recording and tracking software and application services, announced an agreement under which Concur will offer Concur Time(TM), an Internet application service provider (ASP) and Web-based enterprise time solution to serve large-scale enterprise implementations for major corporations.

The agreement, the result of an extensive investigation of time tracking technology for Concur and several months of planning between the two companies, creates a comprehensive corporate expense management solution suite. Concur currently has more than 500 corporate customers, many of which are Fortune 500 companies. Concur believes that many of its expense reporting and human resources (HR) solutions customers are seeking a leading time solution with the features and benefits of Concur Time.
