Concur Selects Clockware for Its Time Tracking and Reporting Solution; Clockware Technology Defined Web-based Time Software and ASP Space.

Concur Technologies (Nasdaq:CNQR), the leading provider of corporate expense management solutions, and Clockware, a leading provider of time recording and tracking software and application services See ASP and Web services. , announced an agreement under which Concur will offer Concur Time(TM), an Internet application service provider (ASP) and Web-based enterprise time solution to serve large-scale enterprise implementations for major corporations.

The agreement, the result of an extensive investigation of time tracking technology for Concur and several months of planning between the two companies, creates a comprehensive corporate expense management solution suite.
