HRH will be presented with the award at the 42nd Annual Awards Dinner at Marina Del Ray in the Bronx on November 18. The building, which topped off in September, is being developed by The Moinian Group; the project architect is Frank Williams Sir Francis Owen Garbatt Williams CBE (b. April 16, 1942) is founder and manager of the WilliamsF1 Formula One racing team. Born in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, England, to an RAF officer and a special education teacher and later headmistress, Williams was largely brought up by & Associates. The 393-room, 42-story residential tower is expected to be completed in 2004. "It is an honor to receive this award for our work on the MARC, said Brad Singer, President and COO of HRH Construction. "But from architect to developer, the entire project team should be congratulated for a job well done." The Roger H.
