Revenues were $2,602,427 for the second quarter of fiscal 1996 compared to $2,849,104 for the comparable quarter of fiscal 1995, a decrease of 8.7%. Net income for the second quarter of fiscal 1996 was $10,592 or $0.00 per share, compared to $276,826 or $0.01 per share, for the same period last year.
