An earnings measure calculated by dividing net income less preferred stock dividends for a period by the average number of shares of common stock that would be outstanding if all convertible securities were converted into shares of

For the year ended December December: see month.  31, 1998, the Company reported Diluted Earnings Per Share of $0.63, up 50% compared to the prior year, Revenue of $375,738, up 39% compared to the prior year, and Net Income of $63,771, up 53% compared to the prior year.
