Y2K Weekend includes a customized script run on Network Health 4.5 that polls network and system devices worldwide on December 31, 1999 and through 12:15 a.m. January 1, 2000. The key deliverable is an immediate report detailing the status of business-critical elements--long before this information would be available by any other means. Specifically, in the first minutes of the New Year, Y2K Weekend eases the stress of network operations center See NOC.

In order for Concord's customers to have year-end reporting access for all of their business-critical network operations, Y2K Weekend also includes special pricing on basic licenses for those devices not currently reported on by Network Health. The Y2K Weekend package also features 24x7 customer support over the New Year's weekend as additional insurance against costly delays and to support "business as usual."
