 after seven years at Cabletron Systems, Inc. where he most recently served as Senior Director of Spectrum Development. At Concord, Tracy will be in charge of driving the engineering and strategic side of Concord's partnerships as well as enhancing Network Health, the industry's leading networking reporting and analysis solution.

As Senior Director of Spectrum Development at Cabletron Systems, Inc., Tracy directed the Spectrum engineering team and drove the strategic direction of the Spectrum product line. In addition, Tracy served as spokesperson for the Cabletron software product strategy and Spectrum product announcements. He also worked closely with Spectrum customers and technology partners.

Prior to Cabletron Systems, Inc., Tracy served as an Engineering Manager in the Communications Systems In telecommunication, a communications system is a collection of individual communications networks, transmission systems, relay stations, tributary stations, and data terminal equipment (DTE) usually capable of interconnection and interoperation to form an integrated whole.  Research and Development Group at Wang Laboratories Wang Laboratories - Computer manufacturer, known for their office automation products.
