Concord Camera Corp. Names Min Jong Choong Vice President, Manufacturing Operations.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- Concord Camera Corp. ("Concord" or "Company") (NASDAQ: LENS) today announced the appointment of Min Jong ("MJ") Choong to Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Choong is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of Concord's vertically integrated manufacturing facilities in the People's Republic of China. He reports directly to Joseph Leonardo, Concord's Vice President, Director of Operations, and Co-Managing Director of Concord Camera HK Limited.

Mr. Choong spent the last nine years holding positions of increasing responsibility at various Jabil Circuit, Inc.'s ("Jabil") Asian manufacturing operations. Jabil is a worldwide provider of electronic manufacturing services. From January 2003 until joining Concord, MJ served as Managing Director of Jabil Circuit Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where he was responsible for the financial and operational aspects of three manufacturing operations and more than 4,000 employees. From August 2001 to December 2002, MJ was Managing Director of Jabil Circuit (Panyu) Ltd., Jabil's China manufacturing operation, where he managed more than 1,200 employees. Over a 16-month period, Mr. Choong improved this manufacturing facility's operations and efficiency and oversaw the construction of a new manufacturing facility. He began his career at Jabil Circuit in 1995 as a Manufacturing Manager.
