HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- Concord Camera Corp. ("Concord" or "Company") (Nasdaq:LENS) announced today that on June 20, 2005, the Company received a notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications staff indicating that Nasdaq had determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on The Nasdaq National Market. The Company filed its Form 10-Q Form 10-Q

 for the quarter ending April 2, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nasdaq on June 15, 2005, thereby evidencing compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq National Market. The Company's oral hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel scheduled for Thursday, June 30, 2005 is considered moot An issue presenting no real controversy.
