Concierge Technologies Establishes California Wireless Network.

LOS ANGELES -- Concierge Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CNCG) announced today that their wholly owned subsidiary, Planet Halo, has completed the initial build-out of its advanced wireless network in Marina del Rey, California. The multi-node network is based on a MESH technology platform provided by Tropos Networks, a leader in metro-scale mesh networking solutions. MESH technology is growing in popularity all over the world due to its low implementation costs, high bandwidth and scalability. Operating on licensed and unlicensed frequencies, MESH networks are much more flexible and faster to deploy than the highly touted WiMax networks.

Planet Halo, once a developer and reseller of personal communications devices and wireless interface software, was acquired by Concierge during 2004. The company is now focused on deployment of wireless MESH networks that will serve as the conduit for Planet Halo client services. Planet Halo's president and founder, Marc Angell, said, "As a North American dealer for Tropos, we're able to implement our wireless MESH networks quickly and efficiently. The Tropos equipment provides for a host of other services such as voice over IP, streaming video, security monitoring and public safety access. Unlike 'hotspot' technology, ours is a fully featured wireless network." Adding, "We're also in the process of developing our own geographically based social networking website with an emphasis on local advertising."

Planet Halo has selected Wireless Village, a privately held Ohio-based company, as their technology development partner. Wireless Village will oversee the installation of future networks, provide customer service and be responsible for the network operations center.
