Concierge Reaches Agreement with ProPowerPicks.

Concierge, Inc. and ProPowerPicks.com have reached an agreement to provide the Concierge Personal Communications Attendant (PCA) to PowerPicks subscribers, through its NFL Handicapping service, it was announced today by Concierge CEO Allen Kahn.

Concierge is in the process of merging with Starfest, Inc. (OTCBB:SFST).

ProPowerPicks.com is a Web based publication which provides up to the minute information concerning point spreads, team ratings, injury reports and news.

Ken Lamkin, ProPowerPicks president said: "We are pleased that the Power Picks program provided our Members with a 73% winning record vs. the point spread during the 1999 NFL season when our site received roughly 4 million hits per month. However, the primary area we need to improve on is communication with thousands of members simultaneously. Last minute changes in weather, player injuries, etc., can dramatically affect the outcome of a given NFL contest.

"In the past we have found that many of our members were not at their computer to receive updates or changes at critical times. Through PCA's AutoPage feature we now have the ability to keep in touch with our customer base at the times they need us most," said Lamkin. The PCA AutoPage provides an automatic notification to subscribers when the subscriber's system receives an e-mail from a predetermined source. "The system can be set up to dial the subscriber at any phone number, making the feature totally mobile," said Allen Kahn.
