Concierge Pleased With Initial Response to PCA Release.

Concierge, Inc., which is in the process of merging with StarFest, Inc. (OTCBB:SFST) today announced that the company "is very pleased with the initial response for its newly released PCA Internet e-mail reader software product."

According to Patrick Flaherty, the company's Executive Vice President, "Despite initial phone problems the first two days, response the first week has exceeded our expectations. We are also on track to begin full scale production next week following the Easter weekend."

The company also announced that Allen E. Kahn, company president, and Patrick Flaherty will appear on the Windows to Wall Street radio program airing on 37 stations on Tuesday, April 18. They also recently taped an appearance on CNBC's "Talking Stock" program. The company will be providing a four minute excerpt taken from the CNBC interview to more than 1,000 television stations nationwide. Other elements of the marketing program are expected to be announced shortly.

The PCA single user (Audio e-mail) version, the first entry in a planned family of voice technology products, will be accessible over any touch-tone phone. The unique feature of the PCA product is that it is installed on the user's own PC. Users can employ the power of their own PC to have their e-mails read to them from any location.

The software will poll the user's e-mail, download it to his or her own PC, and will even notify the user if an important e-mail is received. "The PCA provides the first key step to enhancing the capability of the user's own PC in the emerging Unified Messaging market. We expect that the PCA single user edition will be the foundation of a number of add-on products," stated Flaherty.

The initial PCA release also includes an audio-supplemented interactive tutorial to help the user construct user profiles and provides a step-by-step live training and telephone session during the installation of the product. The company will also provide online technical support commencing the second week in May.

The PCA software is available at the introductory price of $49.95, including 1 year of online support, or $39.95 without support.
