Neibert has been elected to fill the remaining vacancy on the company's Board of Directors. Concierge Inc. which recently announced plans to merge with Starfest Inc. Neibert is currently president of The Wallen Group, a consulting firm with clients in the wireless industry, mobile computing, e-commerce, and Internet-related organizations. Prior to founding The Wallen Group, Neibert served as a director and Executive Vice President of the Nasdaq-listed Intek Global Corporation. Intek Global Corporation was the parent company of several subsidiaries, including Midland USA of Kansas City, Mo. and Roamer One Inc. of Torrance, Calif., which Neibert co-founded in 1991. He served as president through 1997. Roamer One is the nation's leading provider of voice and high speed data service in the 220 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second.
