The expanded partnership builds on more than two years of working history between the two companies and adds EnsemblePro, Concerto Software's unified CIM solution, to Wipro's distribution roster. In addition, the deal enables Concerto Software to leverage Wipro's market expertise in the growing contact center industries throughout the region.
