New Strategic Partners and Channel Manager to Increase Distribution, Strengthen Leadership Position in Southeast Asia 

Concerto Software (NASDAQ: CRTO), a proven provider of customer interaction management (CIM) solutions, today announced it has entered into strategic partnerships with Trends & Technologies, Inc. and Intranet Business Systems, Inc. under which both entities will distribute and implement the complete range of Concerto solutions throughout the Philippines.

Trends & Technologies is recognized in the region as a high-end data and telecommunications solutions provider and maintains an established contact center practice. Intranet Business Systems, one of the Philippines' leading business intelligence consulting firms, focuses on maximizing clients' customer relationship management and corporate governance strategies by applying leading-edge technology solutions and services. The partnerships enable both companies to deliver and service Concerto's customer interaction management solutions, helping their customers more effectively manage contact center interactions via voice, fax, email and the Web.

New Channel Manager for South Asia 

Concerto also announced today the appointment of Steven Wong as channel manager for South East Asia. In this role, Wong is responsible for channel sales strategy, marketing and sales operations in the region. He will manage Concerto's growing alliances with distributors and systems integrators to expand the customer base and increase revenues.

Wong is an international sales executive with 15 years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining Concerto, Wong worked with Nortel Technologies where he was responsible for establishing and supervising all partnerships for its South Asia service provider business.
