Kaufman, a Concerto Software director for more than 20 years, has resigned from its board of directors to pursue personal interests. Mr. Kaufman's resignation is effective immediately. "This was a difficult personal decision given the progress Concerto has made over the past several quarters and my confidence in the company, the management team and its ability to become the market leader in the customer interaction management market," said Mr. Kaufman.
