Concerto Software Acquires Assets of Positive Software Systems, Enhances Customer Interaction Management Offerings for Outbound Operations.

Concerto Software, Inc., a proven provider of contact center solutions, today announced that it has acquired substantially all assets and certain liabilities of Dallas-based Positive Software Systems, Inc. (PSS See EPSS. ), a provider of software solutions that optimize sales and collection activities for telemarketing telemarketing, the practice of selling goods or services to customers by means of the telephone or of surveying consumer preferences in telephone conversations.  companies, service bureaus and enterprise contact centers.
