Concert to help children.

A hospice which has provided help for Huddersfield families is staging a fundraising concert.

Martin House Children's Hospice at Boston Spa, near Wetherby, will benefit from a Summer Prom Concert by the world- famous Black Dyke brass band.

The concert, to be compered by YTV Calendar presenter Christine Talbot, will also feature the Yorkshire Youth Brass Band.

The programme will include favourites such as Jerusalem, Land of Hope and Glory and Rule Britannia.

It will be at 3pm on Sunday, July 15, at Leeds Metropolitan University's Headingley campus.

Tickets cost pounds 10 each (pounds 8 for concessions) and are available from Martin House shops or by phoning 0115 9129000.
