As President, Mr. Squires will continue to be responsible for sales, as well as all other activities of the Thurso operation. With the evolution of the company from a start up operation to a reliable manufacturer of air-laid products, Mr. Jim Westphal has resigned as Managing Director of Concert Fabrication Ltee and Vice President of Manufacturing of Concert Industries Ltd., to pursue other business interests. The Company has asked Mr. Westphal to submit his resignation as a director of both companies.
