This reorganization will enable Mr. Peter to concentrate his efforts on the European plant which, upon completion will position the Company in a very strong, strategic position of global influence. In addition, the reorganization permits the Company to continue to focus its efforts on meeting customers needs and expectations.

Mr. Squires joined Concert Fabrication Ltee in May 1994 as Director of Sales and Marketing. He is a senior executive with extensive international experience in all aspects of the nonwoven non·wo·ven

 industry. During the past 25 years, he has been a significant contributor to the profitability of multinational organizations. The Company's solid growth in sales is attributed to Mr. Squires' industry knowledge and activities in market development. His efforts have resulted in an anticipated record third quarter sales ending November 30, 1995 and even stronger sales forecasted during the fourth quarter. As President, Mr. Squires will continue to be responsible for sales, as well as all other activities of the Thurso operation.

With the evolution of the company from a start up operation to a reliable manufacturer of air-laid products, Mr. Jim Westphal has resigned as Managing Director of Concert Fabrication Ltee and Vice President of Manufacturing of Concert Industries Ltd., to pursue other business interests. The Company has asked Mr. Westphal to submit his resignation as a director of both companies.

Concert Industries Ltd. manufactures and distributes parent rolls and specialized absorbent air-laid nonwoven fabrics under the trade name "CellWeb". Our customers convert the parent rolls into end user products for feminine hygiene, adult incontinence products, medical disposable, industrial filters and numerous other applications. -0-
