) ("Concert") today announced that it has applied to the Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE)

Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options.
 to de-list its shares and debentures.The de-listing will be effective as of the close of business December 31, 2004 to coincide with the implementation of the previously announced final plan of arrangement pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act of its Canadian operating subsidiaries (the "Plan"). With the implementation of the Plan, the Tricap Restructuring Fund will become the direct or indirect sole shareholder of Concert's Canadian and European operating subsidiaries. Following these arrangements, the assets remaining in Concert Industries Ltd. will have no material value.
