Concert Industries Announces Appointment of Tony Molluso as President & CEO.

GATINEAU, Quebec -- Concert Industries Corp. ("Concert") announced today the appointment of Tony Molluso as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective April 11, 2005. Molluso joins Concert from Vicwest Corporation ("Vicwest") where, as President & CEO, he recently completed a highly successful turnaround mandate. Vicwest, a leading Canadian fabrication and distribution company, recorded earnings and cash flow in 2004.

Molluso will be working with Concert's senior executive team, which includes Rolf Hovelmann, Managing Director, Concert Europe GmbH and Don Habbick, Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Rolf has overall responsibility for Concert's highly successful European business group and since its start-up in 1998, he has established this business unit as a preferred business partner in Europe with a solid reputation for operational and technical excellence. Don, a Chartered Accountant, based in Gatineau Quebec, has provided financial leadership to the organization since joining the Concert in 2000.
