Concern over consultation.

THE BOARD asked chief executive Geoff Annals or president Jane O'Malley to write to the Commonwealth Nurses' Federation (CNF) expressing concern over the CNF's lack of adequate consultation over three workshops it is planning to hold in Christchurch in July.

In a letter to NZNO, the federation said it would be running a series of workshops on human resource issues as they affect nurses and midwives, including the key aspects of recruitment and retention of nurses and midwives. Three NZNO representatives could participate in the workshops, the letter stated.
