Concern growing over woman after car found.


Concerns are growing for a depressed Northumberland woman, after her car was discovered abandoned by the East Coast railway line.

Wendy Fairbairn, 45, was last seen by her husband at around 5.30am on Saturday morning, when she left their Alnmouth home for work.

Her car was found later that afternoon next to the railway line between Alnwick and Hipsburn.

As of April 2005, the current Chief Constable is Mike Craik.  spokeswoman said: "There is concern for Wendy as she is depressed and does not have her medication with her."

Mrs Fairbairn is described as being five feet six tall, of medium build with brown shoulder-length hair.
