), announced today its results and results of its subsidiaries for the quarter ended March 31, 2000.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31, 2000 were $12,806,000, a 2% increase from sales of $12,546,000 for the same period in 1999. On a consolidated con·sol·i·date

On a consolidated basis sales increased by 2% for the quarter ended March 31, 2000, compared to the same period in 1999 primarily because of strong performance by the Colorful Images catalog.

For Concepts Direct, Inc., sales increased by about one percent despite the reduction in catalog circulation of the Linda A set of parallel processing functions added to languages, such as C and C++, that allows data to be created and transferred between processes. Overall catalog circulation in the first quarter of 2000 was down about 1% compared to the first quarter of 1999.
