ConceptWave Announces Integration of ConceptWave Order Care(R) into HP Next Generation OSS Service Fulfillment.

Solution Enables Rapid Service Delivery on Top of Full-Service Order Management and Orchestration for Communication Service Providers

DENVER -- ConceptWave Software Inc., the leading provider of order fulfillment solutions, today announced that HP has integrated the ConceptWave Order Care[R] suite of solutions as a critical component of its Next Generation OSS Service Fulfillment offering. The combined solution automates service provisioning and helps service providers deliver products and services to market faster and more cost-effectively.

ConceptWave Order Care is a highly configurable order handling and product management platform that supports end-to-end flow-through order capture, order management and product lifecycle management via a product catalog through a fully-integrated J2EE/SOA and NGOSS product platform. ConceptWave Order Care runs on high-performance HP Integrity platforms with the HP-UX operating system. It also supports SOA-enabled environments.

The ConceptWave and HP solution automates key processes, such as order management and fulfillment and enables service providers to bridge the gap between front-office and back-office billing and operational support systems (B/OSS). As a result, customers can now leverage third-party catalog data via web services, data synchronization and data migration.

The target markets include traditional service providers that have embarked on a process and systems transformation strategy around triple- and quad-play services as well as existing accounts that exist within the HP Service Fulfillment Suite.
