Concentra Completes Sale of Its Workers' Compensation Managed Care Services Businesses to Coventry Health Care.

ADDISON, Texas -- Concentra Operating Corporation ("Concentra" or the "Company") today announced that it has completed the previously reported sale of its workers' compensation managed care services business units to Maryland-based Coventry Health Care Coventry Health Care, Inc.
