Jeremy P. Coote, President of eCal(TM) Corporation and former President at SAP America, and Bruce E. Terker, Co-Founder of Geewax Terker and former Professor of Corporate Finance & Investments at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, have been elected to the Board of Directors for the Company joining current directors Stephen Zarrilli, CEO and President of Concellera and Daniel Gardner, a partner in King of Prussia-based Lancaster Investment Partners.

In addition, Stephen J. Andriole, former Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc has agreed to serve as a formal advisor to the Company.

Jeremy P. Coote is President of eCal(TM) Corporation, an Internet calendar engine that enables communications services providers to offer state-of-the-art time management tools to their customers. Prior to joining eCal in January 2001, Coote served as Vice President and General Manager of North American Operations for Siebel Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Siebel, Coote had been a key figure at SAP America, Inc. from 1988 through 1998.

In his decade at SAP, Coote had served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and then President of SAP America during the period when revenues grew from $12 million to $2 billion. Mr. Coote began his professional career with Raytheon Company in Harlow, England before transferring to the U.S. He later joined Telex Computer Products where he held various positions in Boston, MA, Frankfurt, Germany and Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Bruce E. Terker is a co-founder of Geewax Terker, an Institutional Money Manager with assets in excess of $7 Billion. Prior to co-founding Geewax Terker, he taught Corporate Finance and Investments at the Wharton School. Terker's recent research on the microstructure of the stock market was published in the Journal of Finance.

Stephen J. Andriole is the Founder of TechVestCo, a new economy consulting consortium founded in 2001 that identifies and leverages technology trends to help clients optimize business technology investments. Prior to founding TechVestCo, Andriole was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.

While at Safeguard from 1997-2000, he developed investment strategies based on technology trends analyses. He was also one of the primary Wall Street contacts for the company. Dr. Andriole was the Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President for Technology Strategy at CIGNA Corporation.

Andriole is a former Professor of Information Systems & Electrical & Computer Engineering at Drexel University, and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Information Systems & Systems Engineering at George Mason University. He is the author or co-author of 25 books on technology and technology management.

Concellera's new Directors and Advisor will assist Zarrilli in developing and guiding the strategic direction of the company and contribute on various dimensions including business development, funding, product development, and partnering.
